Photography services are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a signed contract and retainer have been received. Specific terms related to services, payments, cancellations, image usage, and session details are outlined in individual client contracts.

Artistic Style

Model Release
Unless otherwise stated in writing, clients grant Natalie Loizzo Photography permission to use images created during photography sessions for portfolio display, website use, social media, marketing, publication, and promotional purposes.
Clients may request a written opt-out of this model release prior to the photography session.

Children & Participant Responsibility
Clients are responsible for the behavior, supervision, and safety of children and all participants during photography sessions. Natalie Loizzo Photography is not responsible for uncooperative behavior, lack of participation, or missed images due to a child’s mood, behavior, or safety concerns.

Timeliness
Clients agree to arrive on time for scheduled photography sessions. Late arrival may result in reduced shooting time and is not grounds for a refund or reschedule. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of all payments, including the retainer.
If Natalie Loizzo Photography must cancel a photography session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the retainer will be honored and applied toward a rescheduled session at a mutually agreed-upon date.
All cancellation and rescheduling terms are subject to availability and any additional terms outlined in the signed client contract.

Acts of God / Force Majeure
Natalie Loizzo Photography shall not be held liable for failure to perform or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other events commonly referred to as “Acts of God.”

Natalie Loizzo Photography is not liable for any damages arising from use of this website, including technical issues, errors, or interruptions.
